  • Items without original packaging or that have been damaged due to improper use.

3. Return Process

  3. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for return shipping.
  4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
